The Volunteer Management Specialist provides direct support and oversight for the FIRST Robotics Competition volunteer coordinators and events. This role works collaboratively in the development and implementation of cross-program volunteer initiatives while determining best practices and making recommendations for improvement in the areas of training, recruitment and oversight of volunteers in the field.
